Case Studyo have started accepting orders for their new limited edition porcelain sculpture by Cody Hudson, titled “Vibes Melt Down 2043″! Measuring 20 x 20 cm (about 8 x 8 inches), the white pieces are limited to 50 pieces and the gold and silver ones to 25 each. Now for something a little different: the Strange Kids Club, an independent website and magazine with a subversive look at pop culture from the 80′s, 90′s and today, need your help to get their new issue funded on Kickstarter! Some of you might be interested in James Groman’s work, who is this issue’s featured artist and has also designed the cover page – but don’t forget all of the other veteran as well as up-and-coming artists who had been working on the first full length Strange Kid comic and additional shorts. Be sure to check it out for further details, they’ve already reached half of their goal with only a remaining $3.000 to get funded!
Toy Art Gallery is proud to present “Dark Invasion”, featuring the incredible talents of Devil’s Head Prod, GalaxyPeople, Guumon, Mutant Vinyl Hardcore, Paul Kaiju and Scarecrowoven! With a reception on Saturday, February 8th from 7-10pm, there will be original paintings, micro runs and custom figures, as well as several new toy debuts – like the first full MVH Berserker Ollie with new arms! Once again, K.Olin Tribu have teamed up with Emilio Garcia to release a new Skull Brain! This ‘Bleu de Four’ edition is made of extra white porcelain with dark blue enamel, limited to 50 pieces for 250€ each and being delivered in a wooden serigraphy box.
Skinner‘s currently offering another Krawluss silk screen print at his online shop! These 5 color prints are priced at $40 and measure 18 x 24 inches; featuring different colors than the versions which had been shipped with all of the Krawluss pre-orders. The “Vasa di Culo” is a 30cm high and 23cm wide, cream-colored porcelain vase and limited to 200 pieces, priced at 165€ (plus 21% VAT if applicable). Then there’s the “Sleep Deprived” carpet, a sturdy, handknotted woolen carpet in black and ivory, limited to 100 pieces with a size of 160 x 130cm, priced at 385€ (plus 21% VAT if applicable). Blamo Toys have released a new sculpt: Zuri! Priced at $240 and hand-made of wood and leather; no word on their size, but they do look pretty big.
