Ninja of the month: Magma Ninja

This september’s upcoming NOTM is the “Magma Ninja“! Coming to you at the price of $30, this plushy Shawnimals-ninja stands 7 inch tall and includes both a sticker and a button.

“This former Baker Ninja is now equal parts magma and Dark Syrup, thanks to a tiny drip of Dark Syrup in a cookie recipe as part of a seemingly harmless prank! Goes to show you simply can’t trust ANYTHING from the Dark Forest…” – “It’s going to be a real scorcher!” I like puns.

Tristan Eaton Dreamland Mickey

Cast in resin and limited to 20 pieces, this highly detailed fellah, based on one of his paintings, will cost about $1000 and will have its premiere at STGCC. Insane sculpting going on here! Plus, as the flyer indicates, there’ll be a Kidrobot STGCC exclusive yet to be revealed!

The illusion of depressing love

Paw! Blush!

Coarsetoys will release a new Paw! very soon! In collaboration with Selim Varol (Toykio), and featured in his all-favorite pink color, this monstrous rabbit-monkey will be sold out instantly! So keep an eye on Toykio and Coarsehkg! Will be sold on September 12th at the cost of HK$ 3290 (about $425US), including worldwide shipping. 12″ tall, with an unique handcrafted wooden box. “Squeaking and nimble he appears on the scene. Only a few remaining spots of his white body shimmer in the morning glow. This early sunlight drowns out his surroundings while the rest of his massive appearance remains almost entirely shrouded by the glittering dust of the pink soil. His bright nose graciously fights for attention, and his daunting eyes hide behind their reflections of the blue sky.”

Rupture Dunny Fans be prepared!

“Professor Teslastein jaggedly cuts, bending back the metal flesh.  Feverishly he works to create new vehicles of destruction for his nefarious exploits. Two models take shape from the scraps: in one he plants a vine to give it strength and in the other he gives a piece of himself. The Frankendunnys come alive. He leaves his laboratory, happy with his success, not noticing a third figure has risen from the decay. Concealed in the shadows, its eyes are glowing, gears are turning, and electric current is pulsing with life.”

There will be two editions: The metallic bronze/silver “Ironclad Decimator Dunny” will be a Kidrobot store exclusive, while the pink “Mecha Rupture Dunny” will be available at select retailers worldwide (not kidrobot.com!). Each is limited to 600 pieces and will have a 1 in 6 chase. They will be released September 6th for $75 – be sure to grab this Doktor A Dunny while you can, as they will probably be sold out insanely fast, or you will have to pay a mean price after!

Homer Simpsons Regular Buddha

“Long ears signify past wealth, a big head represents the disconnection between mind and body, a tuft of hair symbolizes great inner wisdom, and a giant fried dough topped with pink frosting and rainbow jimmies equals deliciousness.”

I blogged about this release earlier (leaked info), and it’s finally official. 7 inch, retails for $50 and will be released September 6th.
